Peter Cimoroni is a serial entrepreneur that has also assisted dozens of local and national companies in strategic growth, brand development, and acquisition negotiations. Peter founded and heads two companies, one a marketing firm specializing in new product development and charity fundraising, the other offering customers a single contact point for business solutions requiring professional services.

As host of the Blood Time and Undeniable Podcasts, Peter has delivered over 140 episodes and counting of engaging and meaningful interviews with his guests. Episodes have reached nearly 2,100 impressions per episode and has amassed a social media following of over 21k.

David Safenovitz

Chief Operating Officer

David Safenovitz, graduated from the University of Toledo as a D1 collegiate athlete with degrees in both Psychology and Marketing with a minor equivalency in Japanese. He has over 25 years of leadership experience in technology-based organizations encompassing startups and growth based positions. He has led multiple organizations to win the Weatherhead 100 award for business growth and created and built multiple product lines for organizations encompassing many different industries.

Edward R. Knezevich

Chief Insurance Officer

Eddie graduated from the Ohio State University with a degree in Political Science. Prior to joining WestPoint Financial Group, Eddie started his financial services career at Principal Financial Group in 2013, and eventually was a top financial professional with Lifetime Financial Group, where he made Leaders Club (2015-2019) and achieved the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (2015-2019), awarded to the highest performing financial professionals in the industry. Eddie is also a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).

In his free time, Eddie enjoys spending time with his wife and newborn son. They enjoy trying new restaurants, entertaining friends and family, and traveling whenever they can.

Drew Barnholtz

General Counsel

Drew Barnholtz helps companies become more efficient businesses and effectively manage transactions and litigation. He is a General Counsel with 23 years of corporate, entrepreneurial and law firm experience. Drew focuses primarily on regulatory and transactional matters within the Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Finance, Professional Services, and Technology industries. He is consistently recognized for his ability to effectively manage a wide variety of substantive legal issues and develop creative strategies to achieve business goals. Drew has experience helping clients in the following areas: Commercial Agreements, Capital Raises, Compliance and Regulations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Employment Law, Real Estate, Intellectual Property and Litigation.
